Minimum stay
Our minimum stay is 5 nights. If you require less then please contact us.
What can we expect to receive upon arrival
We’ll personally welcome you and talk you through the villa and any questions we can help with.
We’ll also provide a generous welcome pack aimed at providing you with enough things to avoid an immediate trip to the shops after a long day travelling. .
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, the villa is equipped with dedicated Starlink High Speed internet. This is provided at no extra cost.
What Bed Linen changing services do you provide?
Bed linen will be changed during your stay, by prior arrangement, and at a time suitable for you.
Do I need to bring towels?
We provide soft towels for both indoor use and poolside lounging.
We respectfully request any towels are not removed from the premises.
These will be changed at the same time as the bed linen change.
What transport options are there?

Note: For all transport hire, especially quad and scooter hire, please check your holiday insurance provides sufficient cover to any injuries sustained.
I’m travelling with toddlers, young babies
We offer two cots free of charge, suitable for children aged up to 36 months, a high chair and baby recliner chair. There is also a baby changing mat.
Please let us know in advance if you require these so we can prepare them for your arrival.
How flexible are your Check-In / Out Times?
Check in from 3pm / Check out by 11am. Please discuss your needs with us directly.
Security
The villa includes two personal safes for your use. External CCTV is installed but switched off during occupation unless other requested.
Do I have to pay extra for Air-Con?
Staying cool should never come at an extra cost, so we include air-con as part of your stay. Our villa is equipped with four air-conditioning units—one in each bedroom and another in the open-plan living area, where the sofa beds are located.
Climate Crisis Resilience Tax (Tourist Tax)
Like many destinations, Greece applies a nightly accommodation tax—currently €15 per night for private villas. Although this is a government-imposed charge meant to be paid by guests and collected by hosts, we believe in transparency and simplicity.
That’s why we cover this tax ourselves. There are no surprise fees or extra payments—we handle the legal requirements so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
Is Olive Garden Villa Eco-Friendly?
We try to provide sustainable tourism which limits its impact on the local area. We do this through the following:

Closest convenience store/mini market - 'Gnesoulis Market' - 1.3km
Closest restaurant - 'Kalamaki Grill' - 1.3km
Closest beach - Roda - 1.8km
Bus Stop - serving the north and Corfu Town - 1.3km
There is a taxi rank next to the beach at Roda.
Is a car or other transport recommended?
The villa is set back from a main road leading into Roda and this road like many Greek roads does not have a separate pathway. To see the full beauty of the island, and for ease of accessibility to local facilities, a car, scooter, e-bike or quad is recommended though not necessary. If you are uncertain about driving in Greece and wish to ask any questions, please reach out to us.
