The Villa - Inside

• Olive Garden Villa boasts three double bedrooms all with free air-con
• Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room and a king size bed. 
• Bedroom 2 is set as a king size but can be separated as a twin - please confirm when booking your preferred layout
• Bedroom 3 has two singles beds.
• A family bathroom has a shower over bath and washing machine.
• There are also 2 sofa beds located in the lounge area with free air-con
• Each bedroom has access by French doors to an outside balcony, and has free individual aircon and fitted wardrobes. 
• Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 contain a safe for peace of mind. 
• There is a fully equipped lounge area, with flat screen Smart TV.
• High speed Starlink internet throughout, work station
• Fully stocked entertainment cupboard with a selection of games, puzzles and books.
• The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need for your stay. 
• The extendable dining table will comfortably seat 8 people.
• French doors lead from the lounge to a terrace area with seating to the front of the villa

The villa - outside

• To the rear, there is a covered BBQ area with seating, and to the side of the villa there is fully covered dining area, with lighting and fan, to keep you cool on those balmy summer evenings.
• The south facing garden is a wonderful sun-trap all day 
• The garden wraps around the villa with areas of shade created by the olive trees.
• For those who like to relax in the sun, comfortable sunbeds are provided.
• 2 "zero gravity" helicopter chairs offer a hammock type experience
• A 35m2 relax pool featuring 2 aero-therapy shelves. The maximum depth is 1m 40cm. 

The local area

• Roda is a popular tourist destination due to its wonderful beach which gently slopes into the sea with its amazing views of Albania.
• nearby there are a selection of bars and restaurants that are able to provide for a wide variety of tastes and dietary requirement. 
• Roda is a flat resort which lends itself well to those who find walking more difficult
• There are a number of shops to cater for your holiday needs and includes options for a number of tours, car hire, scooter hire etc
• Nearby Acharavi (3.5km) is the second largest town on the island and hosts a number of tourist and local amenities and is connected to Roda by bus.
• Sidari and Kassiopi, also connected by bus, are slightly further away and provide their own unique character and opportunities to explore the north of the island
• A bus to Corfu Town connects the north to the the fantastic heart of the island. 
• Buses are regular, reliable and only a few euros offering those who do not want to hire their own transport opportunities to explore.
